FAQs

  • Am I eligible to study one of the free online courses?

Visit the course fees page to view the eligibility criteria.

  • How long will it take to complete the course?

You’ll have three months to complete the course, but you can complete it within two weeks if you spend more time studying. Each level 2 course will usually take 30-50 hours to complete.

  • Is an online course for me?

Yes, if you’re 19+ and want to gain new skills, improve job prospects, or progress in your career. Online courses are flexible and fit around work, caring, or other commitments. You’ll be supported by an assessor throughout your studies, and on completion within three months, you’ll receive a recognised qualification and certificate from the awarding body.

  • How do I sign up for a course?

All you need to do is sign up using our simple online form.

Once submitted, our team will review your information to ensure you are eligible to study the course (we will get in touch should there be in any issues).

If you meet the eligibility requirements, you’ll be sent an email which contains a link to our online enrolment form for you to complete.

Your enrolment details will then be processed by our team and you will receive an email that will contain a link for you to access your course materials. Please allow 3-5 working days for your enrolment details to be processed.

  • What equipment will I need?

Ideally you’ll need a laptop or tablet, along with internet access, to undertake the course; you may be able to complete the course using a mobile phone, depending on the screen size, but it won’t be as easy to complete all the online resources and assessments.

  • Can I enrol on to more than one course?

You can enrol on to more than one course, but you’ll only be able to access the materials for one course at a time. Once you’ve completed a course, send us an email and we’ll add the next course.
