What will I study?

- Understand how to prepare to manage an incident of behaviour that challenges
- Understand how to recognise that an individual’s behaviour has the potential to intensify
- Understand legislation and support relevant to behaviour that challenges
- Understand own role in providing support following an incident of challenging behaviour.

- Fee - FREE for adults aged 19 or over.

- Entry requirements
This course is only available to adults aged 19+.
- No specific entry requirements, but a minimum of a GCSE grade 4-9 in English and Maths (or equivalent) is recommended
- Applicants must live in England and not live in the locations listed here
- Applicants must have been living in the UK for the last 3 years.
- Assessment
- The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance.
- All learning outcomes and assessment criteria must be met to achieve a Pass – there is no grading.
