Our Mental Health First Aid course is a five-week, online course designed to provide you with essential knowledge and skills to support mental health in the workplace. This FREE* course is ideal for anyone looking to understand mental health more deeply, recognise signs of mental ill-health, and learn how to support both their own and their colleagues' wellbeing.

  • Wednesday 21 January to Wednesday 18 February 2026 - 2.00-3.30pm.
  • Wednesday 15 April to Wednesday 13 May 2026 - 2.00-3.30pm.

Costs

  • FREE for adults aged 19 or over (on 31 August 2025), unemployed and in receipt of qualifying benefits, or employed earning less than £25,750 per year.
  • £50 for adults aged 19 or over (on 31 August 2025), employed and earning more than £25,750 per year, or unemployed and not in receipt of benefits.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
While this course may be offered to you free of charge, failure to complete the course may result in a £125 administration fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with non-completion.
