Do you feel you have no IT skills and worry about pressing the wrong button?
This FREE adult-only (19+) part-time four-week course is designed to help you overcome those fears and build your confidence from the very beginning.
You will learn basic digital and IT skills in very small, supportive classes with a patient and experienced tutor. No prior knowledge is needed. This course is ideal if you are completely new to computers or want to refresh the basics.
Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors specialise in supporting adults back into learning and will guide you every step of the way. You will study alongside other adults in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
After completing this course, you can progress to our Introduction to Digital Skills course.

This is a non-accredited course therefore no formal assessment will take place.
This qualification will bridge your digital knowledge gaps and provides vital skills needed in today’s technology focussed world. You could then progress from this qualification to further study such as our Access to Higher Education courses or employment.
