Overview

This FREE* adult-only (19+) part-time 12-week course builds on your existing knowledge and helps you further develop your skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

You will learn to use more advanced features within these programmes, improving your confidence and ability to use a PC, laptop or tablet effectively for work or personal use.

If you have been away from education for some time, do not worry. Our experienced tutors will support and guide you throughout the course. You will study in small classes alongside other adults, ensuring a supportive and focused learning experience.

After completing this course, your tutor will discuss progression opportunities with you.

Entry requirements
This course is only available to adults aged 19+.
- No previous experience or skills are required.
Assessment
This is a non-accredited course therefore no formal assessment will take place.
Progression
This qualification will bridge your digital knowledge gaps and provides vital skills needed in today’s technology focussed world. You could then progress from this qualification to further study such as our Access to Higher Education courses or employment.
