Uniformed protective services courses

Why choose uniformed protective services at West Notts?

Learn from industry demonstrations

You will study the dynamics of team building and team leadership, participate in team building activities and learn the methods of communication used by the uniformed protective services and emergency services.

Teachers with industry experience

Our teachers are predominantly ex-military personnel who have served on front line tours in places such as Afghanistan, Kosovo, Northern Ireland, Iraq, the Falkland Islands and Sierra Leone. Therefore they are able to provide you with significant experience and ensure you are prepared for roles in the uniformed protective services and emergency services

Be prepared

You will work hard and train harder to ensure they’re fully-equipped to deal with any emergency. Lessons will involve teamwork and leadership skills so you become qualified and ready to lead the way.
