CIPD - Level 3
I chose this course as I had done various different roles and wanted to focus on and get back into HR.
My tutor was fantastic, really supportive, gave structured lessons and enabled us time to feedback and get the support we needed.
The course has helped me further my career and given me the scope to progress in HR, and I’m now working on my CIPD Level 5 as an apprenticeship.
For anyone thinking about applying for a CIPD course, go for it, apply, you’ll get to meet your tutor before the course so you can ask any questions or any answers to your concerns, but it is definitely a valuable experience.
