CIPD - Level 5

I chose this course as I wanted to better myself and gain my CIPD Level 5.

I had two tutors, one at college and one outside of college who came to see me at work for one-to-ones, and they were both supportive.

Now I’ve got the qualification, I’m looking at progressing to a higher banding at work, taking on extra responsibilities.

For anyone thinking about applying for a CIPD course, it probably does seem daunting at an older age to come back to college where there’s a lot of younger students, but once you here and get in the class with other like-minded people it is nothing to worry about.
