Art and Design - Level 3

I'm enjoying the practical side of the course. I think getting on the sewing machines and actually making stuff is quite a rewarding experience. There's plenty of industrial sewing machines and overlockers with plenty of space for pattern cutting and a dark room for screen printing.

Recently, we went on a trip to Sheffield related to our project on the Sheffield Botanical Gardens.

I did my work placement at Stitch Up, an alteration and sewing shop, where I've learnt a lot about how garments are mande in the industry and it's been quite helpful.
