What is the Crystal for Wellbeing course?
The Crystal for Wellbeing course at West Notts College explores how crystals can support relaxation, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing. Through practical activities and guided learning, you'll discover simple techniques that can help you create moments of calm and develop positive wellbeing habits.
This adult-only course offers a supportive environment for anyone wanting to combine personal wellbeing with learning something new.
Who should study the Crystal for Wellbeing course?
This course is suitable for adults aged 19 and over who:
- Want to improve their wellbeing through mindful activities
- Have an interest in crystals
- Are looking for a relaxing evening course
- Enjoy learning practical wellbeing techniques
- Want to meet like-minded people in a friendly learning environment
No previous experience is required.
What will you learn on the Crystal for Wellbeing course?
You'll explore:
- Crystals and relaxation techniques
- Mindfulness activities
- Creating positive wellbeing routines
- Building confidence through creative learning
- Practical ways to incorporate crystals into everyday wellbeing practices
- Developing greater self-awareness and balance
After completing the course, you may continue onto Hidden Life of Crystals or The Magic Crystal Connection. Please note that, as a returning learner, this would then involve a cost per session. The course tutor will explain the options during the course, but feel free to get in touch should you require further information.
When does the Crystal for Wellbeing course start?
- Monday 7 September to Monday 14 December 2026 (14 weeks)
When do classes take place?
Classes run every Monday from 6.00pm to 8.00pm.
How much does the Crystal for Wellbeing course cost?
- FREE for eligible new learners*
- £5 per session for returning learners on a low income*
- £10 per session for returning learners on a higher income*

How is the Crystal for Wellbeing course delivered?
This face-to-face evening course is taught at the Derby Road campus, Mansfield through weekly practical sessions led by experienced adult learning tutors.
