Whether you supervise a team, manage a shift or lead projects, this course will help you build the foundations of strong leadership and management practice.

You will study in small, supportive online classes alongside other like-minded adults, creating a relaxed learning environment where you can develop your skills and share experiences.

Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors have extensive experience supporting adult learners and will guide you through your studies step by step. You will also receive support from an assessor throughout your qualification.

If you feel unsure about using tools such as email, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Teams, do not worry. We will support you step by step. We also offer free short digital and IT courses for adults to help you build confidence before starting a qualification like this.

This course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams and includes four live webinars, three short study modules and a final assignment.
