This adult-only (19+) part-time course is ideal for individuals who are either starting their career in Human Resources or already working within an HR team in a small or medium-sized business.
The course introduces the key principles of HR practice and helps you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to approach essential HR tasks in a professional and effective way. It is a great short course if you want to enhance your understanding of HR, build new skills and improve your career prospects.
You will be taught by experienced tutors and HR professionals who bring real industry insight into the classroom, ensuring a practical and engaging learning experience.
Even if you have been away from education for some time, you will be fully supported. Our tutors have many years of experience helping adult learners return to study and will guide you every step of the way.
You will study in small, supportive classes alongside other like-minded adults, creating a relaxed and encouraging learning environment where you can build confidence and develop new skills.

You may wish to progress on to the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (On-campus) - Level 3 or CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Blended Learning) - Level 3 following successful completion of this introductory course.
