Film and TV - Level 3

I’m enjoying the film making side and being able to use all the equipment the college has. We recently got black magic pocket cinemas which are a massive upgrade from the DSLRs. The TV Studio is great as in the first year you run the college tv show, and having a full-on room for it is brilliant.

This year we got to go to University of Salford’s MediaCity campus which was massive and the university I want to go to so it was great to visit.

There’s never been a time I’ve gone to a tutor and they haven’t given me help. They’ve always helped me when I need it, and point you in the right direction.

The work placement I’d say is one of the best parts of the course because I’ve been able to go to Thoresby Hall Hotel and recently I was able to interview a 101-year-old veteran from Normandy.
