Hidden Life of Crystals for Wellbeing
Overview
This FREE* evening course offers an introduction to the hidden life of crystals and their use in wellbeing, spirituality, and personal development. Delivered in small, supportive, adult-only classes, the course provides a welcoming environment to explore a wide range of crystal-related topics.
You will learn about crystals for healing, protection, grief, and life transitions, as well as their role in history, spirituality, and witchcraft. The course also explores how crystals are mined and sourced, how they can be used in manifestation and meditation, and how to combine crystals with herbs and oils. Practical activities include creating crystal grids and making your own crystal jars through guided crystal pairing activities, alongside a dedicated specimen week to explore crystals in more detail.
No prior knowledge is required, and sessions are designed to support curiosity, wellbeing, and personal exploration.
Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors have many years of experience supporting adult learners back into the classroom and will guide you every step of the way.
