Overview
Advance your leadership career with this flexible, high-impact qualification designed for practising or aspiring middle managers. Delivered as an adult-only (19+) part-time online course, this Level 5 CMI Award allows you to study from home while gaining the practical leadership and management skills needed to support organisational success.
If you are responsible for leading teams, managing projects or driving performance, this course will help you strengthen your leadership approach and build confidence in your decision making.
You will study alongside other professionals in small, supportive online classes, creating a relaxed and encouraging learning environment where you can share experiences and learn from others.
Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors have many years of experience supporting adult learners returning to study and will guide you every step of the way. You will also receive ongoing guidance from a dedicated assessor throughout your qualification.
If you feel unsure about using tools such as email, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Teams, do not worry. We will support you step by step. We also offer free short digital and IT courses for adults to help you build confidence before starting a qualification like this.
What will I study?
The course is delivered online using Microsoft Teams and includes four live webinars, three short study modules and one CMI assignment.

- Webinar 3: Understand appropriate techniques for leading individuals and teams to achieve success

- GCSE English Language Grade 4/C.
If you haven't studied a traditional GCSE course, we accept alternative qualifications like Functional Skills and vocational courses.
