Mental Health First Aid - MHFA (2 Days) - Level 2
Overview
This adult-only (19+) course is delivered on campus over two days and provides practical skills and knowledge to help you support mental health in the workplace.
This FREE* Level 2 qualification will deepen your understanding of mental health, help you recognise early warning signs, and equip you with the tools to support colleagues confidently and appropriately.
If you have been away from education for a while, our experienced tutors will make your return to learning smooth and supportive. You will learn in small classes with other adults, creating a safe, respectful and encouraging space for discussion and skill development.

- FREE for adults aged 19 or over, unemployed and in receipt of qualifying benefits, or employed earning less than £25,750 per year.
- £50 for adults aged 19 or over , employed and earning more than £25,750 per year, or unemployed and not in receipt of benefits.

This course is only available to adults aged 19+.
- You must live in England and NOT live in one of the locations listed here.
- Ideally a minimum of Level 2 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

- Understanding Working in the Health Sector (Intermediate) - Level 2
- Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (Advanced) - Level 3.
