This adult-only (19+) course provides comprehensive, hands-on first aid training for those working in higher-risk environments such as construction sites, warehouses and manufacturing settings.
Over three days, you will develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to respond effectively to workplace emergencies. The course meets Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards, ensuring your organisation remains compliant while you build critical lifesaving expertise.
If you have not studied for a while, there is no need to feel concerned. Our experienced tutors are highly skilled in supporting adult learners and will guide you throughout the course. You will learn in small classes with other adults, creating a supportive and focused environment where you can build confidence quickly.

Successful candidates will receive a Qualsafe accredited certificate, valid for three years.
