Warehousing Apprentice
Continental Direct are part of the Sutton Auto Factors group and wish to add to their existing team of warehouse staff with an apprenticeship route. Learning all aspects of the business and working with a tight knit team of skilled individuals who can guide a new starters.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Work activities will include but are not limited to:
• Picking – Collecting customer orders and identifying the locations to collect the correct item purchased.
• Packing – Ensuring the package is to the correct weight and packaged correctly to ensure no damages.
• Stock replenishment – When new stock is ordered in, this needs to be put away to its specific location in large warehouses.
• Checking Orders – Ensuring the pick is correct before they leave for the customer.
• Health & Safety – Adhere to the health & safety rules around the warehouse not only for your own safety but colleagues as well. -
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This programme is delivered via a block release delivery model. You will be working to complete a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship standard, including any required Functional Skills.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
