Maintenance Engineering Apprentice
PCC Aerostructures is looking to appoint an Maintenance engineering apprentices to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks on the engineering equipment. Responsible for supporting with planned and reactive, mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Carrying out fault finding, problem solving and planned and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing assets
- Minimising down time
- Support all aspects of continuous improvement
- Takes care of the electrical and mechanical settings, documenting them where possible
- Performs certain measurements, adjustments, tests, and calibrations
- Make suggestions and propositions to improve the installations and to increase plant availability, quality, and safety
- Respects Company policy concerning health and safety during activities
- Able to work under your own initiative with minimum supervision

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus
- This attendance is required during term time only
- You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession
- You will experience a blended learning model
