This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career to gain hands-on experience across all areas of office administration within a financial advice business, while working towards a recognised level 3 qualification.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from product providers and clients, handling queries professionally or directing them to the right person (not immediately)
- Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, data entry, and diary management
- Maintaining and updating our back-office system, ensuring client records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Working alongside our technical team to help produce client reports and cash flow forecasts
- Preparing and processing paperwork in line with company and compliance procedures
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and product providers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is a blended delivery model.
The apprentice will be assigned to a training specialist who will visit the workplace, supporting on a one-to-one basis.
The apprentice will attend monthly masterclasses that are designed to assist with the understanding of the modules and support excellent evidence submissions. These sessions are in person and are delivered at a central location selected for its neutral environment.
Online tutorials take place on a monthly basis.
