Come and join a team which already invests heavily in apprentices where you will be based in our workshop and learn alongside senior joiners to manufacture shop fitting items from hardwood, softwood, laminate and MDF.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The Apprentice Bench Joiner will be based in our workshop in Mansfield and the successful candidates' main duties will include:
- Working alongside senior Joiners to develop joinery skills including the use of hand and power tools
- Manufacturing shop fitting items such as doors, door frames & architraves, carcass units, trash bins, toilet ducts & panels shelving and shop counters
- Working with various hardwoods & softwoods, MDF, laminates and solid surfaces
- General workshop and yard housekeeping including emptying dust extractor

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Wood Product Manufacturing Operative Level 2.
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Construction Campus. This attendance is required during term time only.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
