Receptionist and Administration Apprentice
The Apprentice Receptionist is the first point of contact for East Midland Homes Co‑operative, providing a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house service while supporting day-to-day office operations. The role offers development in administration, customer service, and housing-related functions as part of an apprenticeship programme.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Greeting visitors and managing reception duties
Answering calls and directing enquiries
Supporting administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
Logging maintenance requests and assisting operational teams
Managing emails and incoming/outgoing post
Maintaining confidentiality and following GDPR -
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
