Apprentice Administrator

Are you passionate with an eye for detail, articulate with a desire to learn new things, if so, this employer has an opportunity for an apprentice administrator within its busy office. You will receive training to enable you to become a confident and competent administrator with progression routes available.

  • What will the apprentice be doing?

    Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

    • Providing support to other secretaries/ fee earners as required
    • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch, including assisting with preparation of bundles
    • Sorting and scanning daily post
    • Typing up documents quickly and accurately
    • Filing documents accurately and promptly
    • Making outgoing calls to banks/agents and others as and when necessary
    • Assisting in sending client care docs to clients
  • What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

    • We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus
    • These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme
    • You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession
    • You will experience a blended learning model
  • What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

    • Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship there will be further career development opportunities with this employer
