Biography
Hi, my name is Sharon List and my role with the hair and beauty department is assessor/coach for hairdressing.
I have been working within the hairdressing industry since I left school. My journey began as a full-time student at college and whilst training I worked in a large city centre salon in Nottingham on a work placement.
When I left college I started working in a city centre salon in Nottingham where I progressed to salon manager. I later went on to work for a global manufacturing company Wella GB as an educator, this gave me the opportunity to work with some of the famous names in hairdressing including Sassoon’s and Patrick Cameron.
I left Wella to work in Further Education to allow me the opportunity to share my passion, knowledge and experiences in hairdressing. I have taught on all programmes and levels.
To keep me up to date I continuously research the latest trends, undertake training sessions with Wella.
