Teacher: Chef


Biography

Neil has been a college chef teacher for 12 years. Prior to this Neil worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years.

Working in his formative years in London and Leeds at The Café Royal, Criterion MPW, Harvey Nichols and winning the coveted ‘Red M’ whilst head chef at The Calls Grill.

This has given him an all-round knowledge of food from fine dining at Michelin star level to brasserie to large scale banqueting and conferencing at Eastwood Hall.

Delivering mainly on the Level 2 qualifications NVQ Professional Cookery and Technical Certificate in Professional Cookery in both workshops, classrooms and in the Refined Restaurant which gives the students as real to industry experience as possible.

Neil also delivers the Level 2 General Patisserie and Confectionery course and numerous one-day adult community courses.
