Teacher: Carpentry and joinery


Biography

Mandley has worked within the industry for many years now, starting his journey in 1981 with his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, working on-site constructing partition walls, boxing-in and flat roofs.

During these 30 + years Mandley has worked for a few companies manufacturing bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms, and has held various roles such has a cabinet maker, teacher, supervisor, factory manager, project coordinator, and purchasing manager.

His qualifications range from teaching in lifelong learning sector Level 4, the OCR Level 3 award in assessing, Level 3 kitchen installation and his 585 joinery and carpentry qualification. Mandley’s interest outside of work are working out and football, being active is the norm.
