Biography
Jo has worked in a variety of hospitality and catering establishments, gaining a wealth of customer service experience and knowledge.
Jo is a full member of the institute of hospitality working with governing bodies and employers to improve hospitality within great Britain. Jo is trained by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, helping to train students in the art of bar tending.
Jo is passionate about customer service and supporting and helping students to achieve their goals.
She loves hiking and fitness along with travelling, experiencing food cultures.
