Skills Bootcamps in Sustainable Leadership for First-Line Managers is a 10-week leadership programme designed for aspiring and current First Line Managers who want to develop the skills and confidence to lead sustainable change within their organisation.
The Skills Bootcamp combines leadership and management development with practical sustainability principles, helping you understand how sustainability can be embedded into everyday operations, decision-making and team practices.
Through interactive workshops and practical activities, you’ll explore sustainability challenges, ethical leadership, stakeholder engagement and operational sustainability. You’ll develop practical approaches to improving environmental, social and organisational performance.
The programme is based on the CMI Level 3 Sustainability Principles for First Line Managers qualification and includes a workplace sustainability project, giving you the opportunity to apply your learning to a real challenge within your organisation.
This Skills Bootcamp is designed for adults who are currently working as a First Line Manager or aspiring to move into a first-line management role.

Sustainability skills are no longer limited to specialist environmental roles. Employers are increasingly looking for managers who can embed sustainable practices into everyday operations, engage stakeholders, manage environmental information and support compliance with relevant requirements.
