Want to improve your photography skills and take your creativity to the next level? Our photography courses are designed for adults looking to develop their passion in a small, supportive group. Whether you're just starting out or ready to refine your techniques, our hands-on courses will help you capture stunning images with confidence.
As an added bonus, you’ll also have the opportunity to showcase and sell any products you create through a brand-new pop-up shop, developed in partnership with our full-time business students. It’s a great chance to share your work with the community, gain real selling experience, and support a student-led enterprise.
Do not worry if you have been out of education for some time. Our tutors have many years of experience supporting adult learners back into the classroom and will guide you every step of the way.
Photography Editing and Camera Club
Want to improve your photo editing skills and take your photography to the next level? Our photography editing and camera club is designed for adults looking to develop their passion in a small, supportive group. Whether you’re looking to continue building your skills from our Photography course or looking to learn about editing the photos you’ve taken, our hands-on course with weekly photo themes will take your photos to a higher level.
Start dates, attendance and fee
- Start/end date - Tuesday 24 February to Tuesday 12 May 2026
- Attendance - 2 hours per week, Tuesdays, 6.00-8.00pm
- Fee - FREE* or £100
- Where - Derby Road Campus, Mansfield (NG18 5BH)
- Duration - 10 weeks
What will I study?
- Photo editing using Adobe Lightroom
- Weekly themes for learners to bring photos in that they have taken for the class to discuss.
- Adult learning support and guidance

- Entry requirements
This course is only available to adults aged 19+.
- No previous experience or skills are required.
- Assessment
This is a non-accredited course therefore no formal assessment will take place.
