Mechanical Assembler Apprentice
As a Mechanical Assembler Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians, learning the skills needed to assemble mechanical components, operate workshop tools, and follow technical drawings. This apprenticeship combines practical, on-the-job training with structured learning through a recognised training provider.

• Manual lathe
• Manual horizontal milling machine
• Manual pedestal drill
• CNC coil winder
• Auto band saws

• Forklift truck
• Mig and Tig welding
• General use of hand and power tools
• Assembly of components

• Packaging completed goods ready for dispatch

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus. This attendance is required during term time only.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
