Supporting you
Located at our Derby Road site, our dedicated team offer a range of topical support sessions and drop-in opportunities to help support students with concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and support through times of stress. We also work alongside external partners such as NHS, CAMHS, and Shire Counselling.
The service is both discrete and flexible where students can receive impartial guidance, advice and support. A liaison with other external agencies can be arranged with the student’s consent and is tailored meet their own support needs. If students would prefer, the college can refer a student to a free external counselling service.
