It’s time to make it at West Notts!
Exam season is nearing and if you’re already feeling like it’s all ‘eat, sleep, revise, repeat’ West Notts College is here to help. Here are our top five tips for exam success:
- Eat breakfast – food is fuel for the brain, eating breakfast will boost concentration.
- Make notes – one of the best ways to memorise information is by making notes over and over again.
- Test yourself – do past papers on topics you’ve been revising under timed conditions, to help you with timing out your answers.
- Teach someone – after you’ve tested yourself, teach the material to someone else! This helps you to improve memory and recall.
- Make time to revise – spreading out your revision is more effective. Include short breaks and your concentration will be much higher.
We want to wish everyone the best of luck in your exams this summer.
