Become work-ready with employability skills

“A set of attributes, skills and knowledge that all labour market participants should possess to ensure they have the capability of being effective in the workplace – to the benefit of themselves, their employer and the wider economy.”
CBI (2009)

All of our courses are vocational and have been designed with employers so you will learn the skills, knowledge and attitudes that recruiters are looking for. We do this by creating opportunities for you to be exposed to what’s really happening in industry so most of our courses have a work-related element which could be a formal work placement.
