Higher Education

Did you know we offer university-level courses at college?

With the opening of our new Vision University Centre, we’re offering more university-level courses to more students than ever before – all of which are flexible and can easily be fitted around other commitments. HE programmes on offer include HNCs, HNDs, foundation degrees and full honours degrees. Alongside this, students can choose to study professional courses in accounting, marketing, HR and purchasing and supply, or attend a number of masterclasses.

The new centre provides students with state-of-the-art facilities including modern learning spaces, IT suites, a learning resource centre, a 100-seat lecture theatre and science laboratories. Join us to find out more about Higher Education and our validating universities.

Careers advice

We appreciate that with all the different educational options available, it can be quite overwhelming for those who haven’t got a clear career goal in mind. As a result, our careers team are happy to provide impartial, informative advice and guidance – helping you to make a decision about your next steps.

Support services

You will also be able to access our support services to ask any questions you may have, such as whether you might be eligible for financial support, how to get to college from home and additional learning support.

If you see something you like you can apply for a course on the night and for some subject areas you may be offered a place there and then. We have application forms and staff on hand to assist you. Or if you prefer, you can take the information away with you and apply online when you’re ready.

When you arrive

Make your way to the main reception or ground floor entrance where you will be greeted by our friendly staff in red t-shirts who will provide you with an open evening guide and our latest course guide that contains plenty of useful information. The team will be around throughout the night should you need further assistance.
