Biography

Denise originally studied childcare, working in a special school for physical disabilities for 12 years, moving to West Notts College in 1996.

During her time at West Notts Denise has had experience working in additional learning support, the quality team and for the past three years in foundation studies.

Denise undertakes all interviews for learners coming into and out of the area, liaising with parents/caregivers, schools, colleges and external agencies to ensure a smooth transition.

Denise is passionate about working with young people to provide a holistic approach to teaching, which goes beyond academic education.

Denise enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs, city breaks and travel.
