Biography

Phil has been a qualified teacher since 2008 and has worked in numerous academic establishments since then teaching GCSE and Functional Skills to a wide variety of age and skill levels.

A proponent of encouraging students to read more outside of college, regardless of genre or form, Phil has a love for language and is keen on exploring words and their impact across a wide range of texts.

A keen musician, Phil is skilled at both the drums and piano and has played in a local band for the last 10 years.
