Chloe Patman

Teacher: Animal Care

Biography

Chloe currently teaches across our Level 2 and 3 animal care/management courses as well as being one of the animal unit technicians. She specialises in animal behaviour and holds a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Welfare which she completed at The University of Lincoln.

Prior to this Chloe gained her Level 3 animal management qualification. During her academic studies Chloe worked at a boarding kennels and White Post Farm where she gained a wide amount of industry experience working with various species.

Chloe worked her way up at White Post Farm over the five years she worked there and began working with the West Notts College animal care students.

From this role she found her love for helping educate people about animals. She then went on to gain her ProfGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training. During her training she worked closely with the animal care department here at the college and has been a valuable member of the team ever since.
