Spice things up with Thai cuisine classes

Those with a passion for cooking can learn to cook Thai dishes at West Nottinghamshire College’s Refined fine dining restaurant this month.

The Learn To Cook Thai class takes place on Wednesday 23 May from 5-9pm in the state-of-the-art kitchens at the college’s Derby Road campus.
Dishes such as spring rolls, vegetarian stir fry noodles, chicken panang or vegetarian green curry with egg fried rice will be created during the class with chef Mo.
Those interested in booking will need to wear sensible shoes (not trainers) and bring food containers to take any creations home in.
