 roject SEARCH?\nProject SEARCH is a one-year internship programme for youn
 g people\, aged 18-24 with additional needs including an Education\, Healt
 h and Care Plan (EHCP). It is targeted at those whose goal is competitive 
 employment in the community.\nOpportunities are very diverse and includes 
 hospitality\, catering\, administration\, grounds\, domestic services and 
 more. Interns participate in three rotations to explore a variety of caree
 r paths after completing a 3-week induction.\nEach intern works with a tea
 m that includes their family\, a tutor\, job coaches\, and host business m
 entors to create an employment goal\, and to support during the transition
