Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a business context, the Skills Bootcamp focuses on the leadership and management skills needed to introduce new ways of working, support teams through change and improve organisational performance.

You’ll explore change management, communication, decision-making, team engagement, risk management and continuous improvement through interactive workshops and practical activities.

This is not a technical AI course. Instead, you’ll learn how to use an understanding of AI and emerging technologies to support effective leadership, manage change and help your organisation adapt to new ways of working.

The programme includes a workplace change project, giving you the opportunity to apply what you learn to a real organisational challenge.


Who should study the Skills Bootcamp in Future Leader: AI in Change Management?

This Skills Bootcamp is designed for adults who are currently working as a First Line Manager or aspiring to move into a first-line management role.

You should:

  • Be aged 19 or over.
  • Have literacy skills at Level 2.
  • Have been resident in the UK for the last three years.
  • Live within the Nottinghamshire or Derbyshire area.
  • Be an aspiring or current First Line Manager.
  • Have an interest in developing your leadership and management skills.

The programme is particularly suitable if you want to develop your confidence in leading teams, managing organisational change and supporting the introduction of new technologies and ways of working.
