Options when you leave year 11...

A Levels

Level 3 | 2 years

Academic qualifications taken after GCSEs. Each A Level course focuses on a specific subject area. You will normally study two to five A Levels depending on career goals.

A Level courses

T Levels

Level 3 | 2 years

Equivalent to three A Levels, T Levels are a full-time qualification that include a 45-day placement with a reputable employer within a chosen industry.

T Level courses

BTEC

Entry Level to Level 3 | 1-2 years

Well recognised by employers and another route into university, offering you a practical way of learning to gain industry-specific skills and qualifications.

BTEC courses

Apprenticeships

Level 2 to Level 5

Work and study at the same time. You’ll learn practical skills at work earning a weekly wage and may also go to college on day release.
