Manager: Building Services

The successful candidate will be part of a team that manages the College premises and physical resources, which focus on enhancing the learning environment and maintaining the integrity of the estate.

You will have responsibility for building services (mechanical/electrical/structural) within the College; be required to undertake planned maintenance projects and oversee contractors undertaking both minor works and major building projects. 

You will be responsible for the supervision and management of the College maintenance team.

You should also have highly developed IT skills; sound management skills; the ability to work as part of a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; drive, energy and enthusiasm and a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude.

The role will require you to embed and work to the college’s values; working with Professionalism, taking Responsibility for your actions, and giving Respect to clients and colleagues alike.
