The role

Reporting to the Principal/Chief Executive, as a key member of the College’s Executive team, you will lead on the development of Financial Strategies that will support the College and help it achieve its strategic objective.

Through your outstanding leadership and technical expertise you will excite, inspire and nurture a positive team culture, whilst providing excellence in service delivery.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the College’s financial budgeting and reporting processes, ensuring the College is compliant with external and internal reporting and audit requirements. The role will require you to embody the college’s values; working with Professionalism, taking Responsibility for your actions, and giving Respect to clients and colleagues alike.

About you

Together with an outstanding business acumen and solutions orientated approach, you will bring a proven ability to add value and deliver against challenging targets and timescales. You will be an inspiring leader and strong team player, who has an innate understanding of financial management as a basis for decision-making and rapid growth.

You will be CCAB qualified and have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing strategies and practices at an Executive level in a large, innovative organisation, where you have built credibility with key stakeholders.
