A whirlwind of Victorian invention, daring deeds and downright silliness is coming to West Nottinghamshire College’s Create Theatre in November.
Around The World in 80 Days
In an adaptation of Jules Verne’s globetrotting classic Around The World in 80 Days the adventures will be played out by three actors who bring to life police chases, elephant rides and sea storms.
The brand new production on Saturday 15 November will bring the sounds, smells and even tastes of a monumental circumnavigation which will leave the audience crying with laughter as they travel the world.
The show, which is suitable for adults and children over seven years of age, incorporates elements of The 39 Steps, classic farces and theatrical storytelling.
The performance starts at 7.30pm and is coming to Mansfield courtesy of Oxfordshire Theatre Company who are teaming up with Chipping Norton Theatre.
