Enrolment 2023 starts here!
Everything you need to know
I'm ready to enrol
STEP 1
Before attending your enrolment day, please login to your myVISION account and complete the personal details and medical consent sections as this will help speed up the enrolment process.
Forgot your password?
If you have any issues accessing your myVISION account, please call 0808 100 3626.
STEP 2
From Thursday 24 August, you will need to upload your examination results along with a photograph of yourself (following standard passport guidelines) to your myVISION account (JPEG or PDF is acceptable).
STEP 3
It's time to attend your on-site enrolment day!
If you were unable to upload your exam results, please bring the paper copy with you for our teachers to check.
Please note, that if you do not provide proof of your exam results, you will not be enrolled on to your chosen course.
During your enrolment day you will collect your student ID badge, induction timetable and travel information. You will also have an opportunity to meet our support service teams including financial support, health and well-being, careers and more.
If your results are different than you was predicted, don’t worry, we will work with you to get you on a suitable level or alternative course.
If you cannot make your enrolment day please get in touch so we can make an alternative arrangement for you, please call 0808 100 3626.
Information for existing full-time students
If you're a returning student progressing to the next year of college, you will receive either a confirmation letter from your curriculum outlining your start date or, if you included GCSE math and English in your study programme, you may receive an invitation to complete your enrolment process in person on campus.
For those transitioning to different subject areas, an enrolment invitation has been sent to you, prompting you to complete the process in person on campus.
If you're aged 19+, you'll either receive a phone call or an invitation to complete your enrolment process in person on campus.
If you are unsure, please call 0808 100 3626 and ask to speak to our admissions team.
Information for part-time students
Unless you have received a letter to enrol online, part-time enrolments are taking place via telephone from Monday 3 July until mid-September. The learner records team will contact you to complete your enrolment.
However, if you would like to enrol now, please call 0808 100 3626.
What you'll need to have at hand
Access to your email inbox to receive documents.
All your personal details.
A digital copy of your employer purchase order (if they have agreed to pay for your course fees).
A digital copy of your Advanced Learner Loan approval.
Proof of household income may be required if claiming a remitted fee.
Your bank details if you are paying by direct debit.

I still need to apply
If you know what career you are interested in, search for a suitable course and apply online.
We have limited spaces available in over 100 courses starting from entry-level up to Level 5.
Whatever grades you achieve, we’re sure we’ll have a suitable course for you.
I didn't get the entry requirements
If your results are lower than expected, please don’t panic as we may still have a place for you.
Please come along to your enrolment day as planned and the teacher will assess the most appropriate level for you to undertake.
If an alternative level is not possible, we will work with you to explore other available options.
I'm looking for an apprenticeship
