Once your application has been successful you will be invited to attend an enrolment session.
You will be informed of the exact date and time for your personal enrolment, but for first year students this will take place in the period 19 August to 6 September.
All enrolments will take place on our Derby Road campus and will involve:
- Online confirmation of enrolment
- Photo ID cards
- Confirmation of finance arrangements
The learner records team will be available to take payment for your course fees and/or discuss further payment plans with you as necessary.
If your employer is paying for the course, please bring a letter with you to the enrolment session if you have not already provided this. The letter must be on company headed paper and state clearly that they are funding your course.
If you have received confirmation from Student Finance England that you will get a loan/grant to pay your fees, please bring a copy of this letter to enrolment.
To pay for the course yourself, you will need to bring your cheque book or credit card. If you are paying by instalments please bring your bank details as these will be taken by direct debit on either the 15th or 28th of the month. For further details please ask for the college’s credit policy.
Previous qualifications and conditions
If your tutor has not seen your previous qualifications, please ensure that you bring the originals, together with a photocopy, to your enrolment session.
If you received a conditional offer, you will need to bring evidence that you have met the conditions.
