Working with unions

Working closely with trade unions and their members has ensured that we have consistently met the highest standards of delivery. This has resulted in us being awarded the unionlearn kitemark in 2009. The kitemark is given to providers who demonstrate that unions and union learners are considered in the design, development and delivery of courses and programmes.

Specialist staff

Our tutors are qualified, professional and specialists in literacy, numeracy and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). They mix teaching experience with business knowledge to deliver flexible training models that meet your business needs.

Innovation

We embrace new ideas and different ways of working. Our new mobile learning technology project – MoLeNET – offers a flexible approach to learning for our employers, resulting in increased efficiency and staff completing qualifications faster, whilst maintaining quality.
