We have worked with our partner universities to provide qualifications which will equip your employees with the professional skills and knowledge to make a positive and valuable contribution to your organisation.

Foundation Degrees have been designed to be:

• Employer-led
• Distinctive from traditional degree qualifications in that they are validated by the universities to include recognition of workplace competence and learning 
• Progression routes from qualifications such as Apprenticeships and NVQs 
• Mixed-mode delivery which includes tutorials, directed study, on-the-job learning and development, seminars and traditional talk sessions

Learners can typically expect to complete the course within 24 months. Depending on prior knowledge and experience some learners may be able to complete more quickly whilst others may need an introductory Access to HE programme to get them started.
