The advanced waxing skills workshop is designed to provide more skills in the advanced removal of body hair not covered in basic waxing qualifications.

Description

You will be expected to perform and receive the treatment. Brazilian or intimate waxing is a specialised treatment that is a growing trend in salons.

Using specialised hot wax, you will gain knowledge of the techniques used to administer these popular intimate waxes.

How will I be assessed?

Completion of work book and practical observation.

What will I study?

The course will cover the following:

Practical application of various advanced techniques i.e. Brazilian waxing

Understanding the treatment

Where to go next with training

What does the course lead to?

The course offers additional waxing skills to the usual waxing qualification.

Entry requirements

What will I need for the course?

A pen and writing pad. Water will be provided throughout the course but if you wish to purchase any other drinks or snacks, please bring a small amount of change. Time and place: 9.30am-3.30pm The Academy, Regent Street, Mansfield
