ABOUT THE TEAM
The Student Experience Officer is part of the Student Support Team and sits within the Student Experience Team. The team is dedicated to ensuring that students are able to access and participate in wider activities which will enhance their learning experience while studying at West Nottinghamshire College.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role is to engage students with a particular focus on volunteering, events which will include fundraising. You will also support with the Students’ Union, learner voice, enterprise, entrepreneurship and self- employment.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, vibrant, positive and can motivate students to get involved.
The ideal candidate must have experience of volunteering and organising events and fundraising. You must be an excellent communicator, with experience of working with young people and able to keep accurate data.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, manage and prioritise a demanding workload, identify innovative solutions to problems, and contribute to the overall quality and effectiveness of the team. We are a fast paced team, each day is different, and therefore you will need the ability to multi-task and have a flexible approach
You will be required to travel to other campuses as part of the role.
